Cranberry Bread

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- Grated Rind from one Orange
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Tblsp Margarine or butter
- 1-1# can of Whole Berry Cranbery
- Sauce drained -save liquid

Directions
Cream butter, sugar, egg & rind.
Stir in juice & cranberry liquid.
Stir in, all at once, remaining ingredients until just blended.
Pour into greased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf\bread pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
