Ingredients
- 1 kilo elk meat
- salt
- pepper
- drying rack
- juniper branches or wood used for smoking
- green grass
|
Directions
Cut the elk meat so that the meat is very thin.You have to cut the side then keep cutting until its a thin sheet of meat
Place the meat on the drying rack and season with salt and pepper.
make a fire near the meat with wood or juniper and place the green grass on it
Leave the meat to smoke and dry until stiff
