Ingredients
- Seal meat 1/2 kilo
- fish stock
- 5 spice powder
- pepper
- pot
- seal oil (see my recipe in un -categorizable)
- garlic

Directions
Boil the chopped chunks of seal meat in the stock with the pepper, spice and garlic in the pot.Wait until it is bubbling well and the seal meat is cooked.Tip:the stock should be darker
