Ingredients

  • Parched corn
  • any other vegetable you like
  • Venison cubed
  • Pork fat
  • onion diced
  • water
  • garlic diced
  • oil
  • carrot cubed
  • potato cubed
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

fry parched corn, garlic and fat in oil until aromatic
add to boiling water along with the venison an vegetables.boil for half an hour or more.season with salt and pepper
