- Razor clams
- left over fish bits and heads
- pippies
- mussels
- oysters
- limpits
- other shell fish
- Water
- your choice of herbs

Directions
First of all wash your shell fish.
then boil the fish heads and bits for half an hour to make a stock.
Then add the herbs and strain.
add all your shellfish in and boil until all the shells have opened.Skim of the scum and serve hot.
