Ingredients
- 4-6 cups of wild berries of choice
- meat of a white fish (deboned)
- approx. 2 cups of crisco
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of wesson oil
|
Directions
Add fish after you sqeeze excess liquid out of fish meat into a large bowl. Mix in sugar till sugar is dissolved. Add oil and mix well. Mix in crisco till fluffy. Add berries . Mix well. Whip!!
Do this whole process with your hands for the best tasting Akutaq ever. Chill and evjoy...YUM
