Corn Soup

Ingredients
- salt, pepper
- 1 half cabbage, diced to 1 inch cubes
- Lamb, deer, moose, pork chop (large one or two small)
- 1 can ea, white hominy, yellow hominy, white corn, yellow corn, kidney beans
- 1 onion
- 1 turnip or rutabaga diced 1 inch cubes

Directions
Brown/Sear chop(s) in a bit of oil high heat - in your soup pot
with 1/2 onion cut up small
Add water (careful !) and heat water
Drain all canned stuff and add it
Bring to boil - cook 1/2 hour - salt/pepper to taste, add water as needed
Slice rest of onion and add, also cabbage
Cook 1/2 hour (low boil, add water to keep all covered)
Fish out chop(s) and cut of meet and dice up, put meat and bones back in
Your'e ready to go - enjoy - Hake!
