Grilled Berry Fish

Directions
1.) Gut and behead the fish leaving it in one piece keeping the skin on.
2.) Stuff berries where the gut was.
3.) Place stuffed fish between 2 metal grilling racks (I used toaster oven ones) and tie them at their 4 corners.
4.) Place the rack on the fire and let it cook then peel the burnt skin off and enjoy!!!
note: this recipe works best with trout and salmonberries.
