- griddle
- fat
- water
- maize flour
|
Directions
mix the fat, water and flour to make a dough. divide into equal sized balls. flatten each ball to make a really flat circle, like flatbread. heat up griddle until pipping hot, then put the dough circle on and wait until cooked. serve with mutton stew
