Ingredients
- whole duck
- honey or molasses
- spring onions
- flour tortillas (make your own if you want)

Directions
wash duck, then insert straw or bicycle pump between skin and flesh and start blowing until skin is seperated from the flesh.(keep skin on duck of course)plunge in boiling water take out and leave hanging for 24 hours.rub honey on duck and roast. at the table everyone puts a piece of the duck and spring onions on the pancake then spreads on a sweet sauce (hoisin sauce if you want)and wraps the pancake up and eats it.
