Ingredients
- a fire.
- a tin can.
- fish. (ex: brown/lake/brook trout, but also arctic char, salvelinus alpinus, or grayling, thymallus thymallus, would work).
|
Directions
Catch an ok sized trout, dig a hole, gut the trout and ,if needed, cut up some nice filets.
Put the trout in the can and place it in the hole, start a small fire in the hole and look on the trout every now and then until it looks cooked.
When the fish looks good, take it out and , if you want, pour some spices on it and eat.
