Directions
The easiest recipe I know.
But the ingredient is the most hard to get.
Cut a square out of whaleskin (beluga, greenland, narwhale or minke for example).
ready to eat!
NativeTech note: Usually eaten raw, it is occasionally finely diced, breaded, deep fried and served with soy sauce. It is also sometimes pickled.
It has been found to be a good source of vitamin C containing up to 38 mg/100g
