Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbls. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 roma tomato
- 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbls. mild salsa
|
Directions
To make the flat bread, you mix baking powder, flour, and salt together. Add water in small amounts. Knead about 20 times, then let stand in a covered bowl for 15 to 20 minutes. When that part's finished, take the dough and take small egg-like size pieces and flatten them. Put it hot oil and cook until bubbles appear on the bread flip the bread and cook until the other part of it is brown.
Cook beef in a frying pan. Finely slice the tomatoes, then add salsa to it. When done, put the beef on the bread and add (if you wanna) lettuce, cheese, and sour cream.
