Squirrel Gumbo

Ingredients
- 2 squirrels(dressed)
- 2 handsfull of rice (1 cup)
- 2 cans tomato & okra
- cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
- plenty of pepper
- cajun seasoning(to taste)

Directions
Cut up squirrel and brown in oil.
Add all ingredients to stew pot.
Cook until rice is done. ('bout 25 minutes)
We prepared this while out camping, and other game was scarce. Beware of little bones in squirrel.
