Ingredients
- Bagged Frozen French Fries
- 1 Pkg Brown Gravy
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Lb Fresh Mozzarella or Farmer's Cheese
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Fresh Ground Sea Salt
- Malt Vinegar
|
Directions
Cook fries in oven according to directions on bag, or...make your own up fresh, if you got a fryolator. This recipe is enough for two people, so you want enough fries to fill a pint container apiece. In a saucepan, bring cup of water to a boil, stir in brown gravy mix. Dice up fresh mozzarella or farmer's cheese. When pommes frittes are done, immediately mix in cheese and douse with the gravy. Salt and pepper to taste. MUST try this with malt vinegar sprinkled on it...c'est magnifique. It may sound messy, but it will make your eyes roll back avec plaisir!
