Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- Increase recipe to make even more.
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsP. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water, more if needed
- Oil, or butter for frying
- **You can add sugar if you want to make it sweet**

Directions
Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Heat pan and add oil or butter, which ever you want to use.
Pour the batter in and fry 'em up.
