Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • Increase recipe to make even more.
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsP. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water, more if needed
  • Oil, or butter for frying
  • **You can add sugar if you want to make it sweet**

Directions

Combine the first 5 ingredients.

Heat pan and add oil or butter, which ever you want to use.

Pour the batter in and fry 'em up.
