Ingredients
- 1 pound salt pork
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 cans white hominy corn
- 2 cans water (rinse)

Directions
Cut salt pork into small bites, then add all ingredients into a large pot and cook over medium heat for an hour or until pork is done.
Note: I have a picky eater in the house who would eat a pot of this by himself if allowed to.
