Ingredients
- Canned tomatoes or mushroom soup or beef broth
- Seasoning
- Oil
- Flour
- Venison round steak
|
Directions
Take the round steak and dredge in the four on both sides
Season it to your preference.
Brown in on both sides in a small amount of hot oil.
Remove directly from pan to crock pot.
Cover with your choice of tomatoes, soup, or broth. (I would not advise all three; choose only one.)
Cook on low for 3, 4, or 5 hours depending on quantity.
Note: Very tender and tasty.
