Ingredients
- heart of 1 cabbage palm tree
- salt pork or bacon fried
- salt and pepper to taste
- a little sugar
- water
|
Directions
clean the harsh covering off the cabbage, wash and cut in small pieces. if it doesn\'t cut easy, peal another layer off. fry bacon til crisp. add cabbage , salt pepper, and a spoon or two of sugar and boil for an hour or two until fork tender. then eat
