Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 cups corn (fresh cooked, canned or frozen)
- salt
|
Directions
Cut bacon (it used to be bear fat!)into chunks and fry, add into the pan, chopped onion and green pepper, saute until soft, add corn and lightly salt (to taste). Simmer for at least 30 minutes on low heat. Serve hot!
