Ingredients
- 1 or 2 moose nose (2 if it is a party) served sliced. a great side dish to bannock or beaver tail.
|
Directions
make a fire outside
scrap and singe off all the hair.
boil for 1 hr and throw away the old water.
add fresh clean water.
boil for 2 more hours until it is tender.
Serve sliced
Note: A great side dish to bannock, beaver tail, and sucker heads.
