Ingredients

  • 2handfuls of Valleyoak acorns
  • pancake mix
  • cinnimon
  • vanilla /Almond extract
  • sugar

Directions

Gather Acorns in Nov-dec. crack acrns open take out meat. Put meat into a grinder and grind until flour like. Leach by runnig through hot water until water runs clean. add this to your other ingrediants. cook just like pancakes

Note: leaching is a must, because the acorns have tanic acids in them, so please rinse good. store freshly cracked acorns in freezer until next use, leach as you go.This is my original recipe by me, all other are fakes
