Roasted Salmon

Ingredients
- 1-Grate one lemon
- 2-Lemon juice from one fresh lemon
- 3-4 to 5 small dabs of butter
- 4-1/4 cup brown sugar
- 5-1/8 cup ginger ale
|
Directions
Fillet salmon and place on a baking sheet
Combine first four ingredients together and let sit for 1/2 hour.
Next sprinkle ginger ale over salmon and marinate in fridge four an hour
Pour mixture over salmon and bake for 20 minutes.
