Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 4 cubes beef boulion
- 2 lbs. of deer meat, cubed (1/2-1 inch)
|
Directions
Put all ingredients in a crock pot.
Place crock pot setting at high for 5 hours.
It all depends on when you prepare this , you may set it at low and cook it for a longer period of time.
It's a pretty easy recipe. It works well when you have two working parents, then when you come home all you have to do is make the rice or mashed potatoes..
You may also want to brown the meat with olive oil, ginger and garlic prior to putting it in the CrockPot.
Note: Have fun!
