Ingredients
- 1-lb bag of Lima Beans (large or small)
- 1/2-Med yellow onion
- 2-Cups of Diced up Turkey Ham (or your favorite)
- 1-stalk thinly sliced Celery
- 1-Carrot sliced up
- Salt and Pepper to your taste
|
Directions
Bowl 1-bag of Lima beans, add all ingrediants mentioned except salt and pepper. I add everything at same time as Lima's tend to cook faster then reds or pintos. When beans are soft add your Salt and Pepper to your Taste.
Note: Make sure you have plenty of Fry Bread to butter and dunk in this soup. Remember to come up for air while eating this one, remember! dunk, eat, breathe, dunk, eat, breathe :)
