Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1-lb red or pinto beans/or lima beans
- 1-3/4 package of bacon or portions of ham hock.
- 1/2-Yellow Onion, or whatever variety you like)diced.
- Salt and Pepper to your taste.

Directions
Bowl 1-lb bag of your favorite beans. When slightly soft yet still on hard side pour in onion and bacon/or ham hock portions, stir off and on and add water when needed to just covering bean soup mixture. Cook until beans are soft.
Note: Then serve up with a nice big peice of Fry bread and Enjoy!
