Ingredients
- Seasonings of your choice
- Salmon
|
Directions
catch the largest salmon you could find by hand.
Clean the fish but leave the skin.
Boil for 1 hour then put on cookie tray.
Cut fish into thin slices as if making strips of thick beef jerky.
Season as you prefer and bake at 350 degrees for about 2hours or until dark red.
Note: Make sure it is not soft but not burnt.
