Ingredients
- Fire.
- Pan.
- Lots of Bluegail.
- Vegatable oil.
- Brown sugar.
- Rack.
- Season salt.

Directions
Get a fire going.
Skin the fish by taking the scales off. Cut the head off of fish. Take out the insides. Clean the fish in water.
Put the oil on the pan.
Put brown sugar in the inside of the fish.
Place the fish on the pan put the rack across the fire. Put the pan on the fire.
Sprinkle some season salt on the fish.
