Ingredients
- Bell pepper
- Onion
- Salt and pepper
- Cleaned ducks
- Celery and garlic (to taste)

Directions
Place cleaned ducks in large pot. Add salt and pepper, onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic (to taste).
Cover with water and gently boil till tender.
Heat oven to 350°.
Remove ducks from water. Place in baking dish. Put pats of margarine in and on the ducks. Bake till brown.
Note: Leroy gets the ducks, Dora cooks them.
