Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Onion
- Salt and pepper
- One raccoon
- note: you can put in your favorite leaf spice
|
Directions
Cleaned raccoon remove all fat, cut up
Put in large pot with water to cover raccoon add salt,
Bring to boil and simmer until tender.
Remove meat from pan and put in baking dish,
Add onion, carrots, cut up potatoes salt and pepper to taste
Pour tomato juice over top of every thing cover and
Bake at 350 oven for one hour or until veggies are done.
