Venison Chili

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 can corn
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 lbs. Venison cubed in 1/2" cubes or burger or sausg.
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can tomato sauce

Directions
Brown meat and onion in a heavy skillet. Transfer to heavy pot (I use a crock pot. It can also be cooked in a dutch oven over a fire when camping) Add all other ingredients except corn. Cook several hours stirring as needed. Add corn one hour before serving.
Note: Serve with freshly baked flour pone.
