Cutting accross a maintained clearing, Among other wild flowers, the tiny blue flowers of Indian tobacco (Lobelia inflata) can be seen in July and August, which reseeds itself each year.

Note: the Parks & Recreation Dept. insists that no plants are disturbed at the Park.
